Founded in 1882 by Blessed Michael J. McGivney, the Knights of Columbus is a brotherhood of Catholic men dedicated to faith, service, and strengthening families.

You can pay your Annual Membership Dues with an online payment using credit card or Anedot by clicking here: Online payment Select the purpose for your payment from the Purpose drop-down box. If the purpose is not listed, you can select Other and type in the purpose in the Comment box. This link is also good to pay for other stuff including council dinners, events, merchandise, & pinta log newsletter ads (for our digital email copy of the newsletter).

Knight & Family of the Month

The Knights of Columbus Knight and Family of the Month programs recognize Knights and families who exhibit strong ties of love and faith, exemplifying Catholic family values by living them every day and are making meaningful contributions to their parish and larger community.

Knight of the Month for September: Father Sinclair Cushmore

Since stepping into the role of Council Chaplain for Council #5618, Fr. Sinclair has established himself as an active, engaged leader. He regularly attends council meetings and events, opening and closing gatherings in prayer and offering spiritual guidance to officer leadership and members. He leads Marian devotions, presides over Mass and confessions, and supports charitable endeavors such as Food for Families and parish breakfasts. His proactive spiritual leadership, accessibility, and dedication have deeply enriched the council’s fraternity and spiritual life.

Family of the Month for September: George & Jan Meyer

George and Jan are active members of the St. Mary Magdalen parish community, regularly serving as parish cantors and choir members. George serves as a Council Trustee and Past Grand Knight, leading by example in living out Catholic values within the parish. They are dedicated to supporting council operations, managing logistics for council award displays, and volunteering across multiple parish-wide events, ministries, and service projects. Their continued leadership, visible commitment to liturgical ministry, and decades of fraternal service serve as an inspiring model of a faith-filled Catholic family. In recognition of their outstanding, multi-faceted service to the parish, they were recently inducted into the Order of Saint Mary Magdalen.
